This is in fact the very Geranium that we're talking about.
The variety is 'Cranesbill Geranium'
It's quite rare, and you can see why Pete has such an impossible choice on his hands; definitely save one (plant) life or maybe save many thousands of people's lives.

It's the South Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
